These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Artivex website, platform, demonstrations, pilot programs, and related services. By accessing or using Artivex, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Artivex
Artivex is a software platform designed to assist pharmaceutical teams with packaging artwork generation, management, review workflows, content validation, and related packaging processes.
Certain functionality may be provided through beta releases, pilot programs, demonstrations, evaluations, or future commercial offerings.
2. Eligibility
You may use Artivex only if you have the authority to act on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent and if your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Customer Content
Users may upload content including packaging artwork, dielines, product specifications, labeling content, regulatory text, images, packaging components, and related materials.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to upload and use such content within the platform.
4. Ownership of Content
Customers retain ownership of all uploaded content, source materials, product information, packaging assets, regulatory content, and associated intellectual property.
Artivex does not acquire ownership of customer content by virtue of hosting, processing, reviewing, or generating outputs from such content.
5. Platform Outputs
Artivex may generate packaging artwork, layouts, validation results, workflow outputs, and other generated materials based on information provided by users.
Users remain responsible for reviewing, verifying, approving, and validating all outputs before use in production, manufacturing, submissions, commercialization, or regulatory activities.
6. Regulatory Responsibility
Artivex is a software tool and does not replace regulatory, quality assurance, legal, medical, packaging, or compliance review processes.
Final responsibility for content accuracy, regulatory compliance, product labeling, packaging approval, and market release remains with the customer.
7. Confidentiality
Artivex recognizes that customer content may contain confidential business information and takes reasonable measures to protect such information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
8. Acceptable Use
Users may not use Artivex to upload unlawful content, violate intellectual property rights, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that could compromise platform security or availability.
9. Beta Features
Certain features may be provided as beta, preview, demonstration, evaluation, or pilot functionality. Such features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Artivex is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artivex disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artivex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform, including losses related to packaging artwork, regulatory submissions, manufacturing activities, product launches, or business operations.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Artivex following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
