During demonstrations, evaluations, pilot projects, testing programs, or future commercial use of the platform, users may upload or provide content including packaging artwork, dielines, product specifications, labeling content, regulatory text, packaging components, approved claims, product metadata, and other materials required for artwork generation and management.

Such information may contain confidential business information belonging to the customer or its partners.

3. How We Use Information

Information collected by Artivex may be used to respond to inquiries, schedule demonstrations, provide customer support, evaluate platform performance, improve platform functionality, communicate product updates, and deliver requested services.

We may also use information to maintain platform security, investigate technical issues, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Use of Uploaded Content

Uploaded content is processed solely for the purpose of providing Artivex functionality, including packaging artwork generation, content placement, artwork assembly, template population, workflow execution, validation activities, review processes, and related platform features.

Artivex does not sell customer content and does not use customer content for advertising purposes.

5. Artificial Intelligence Processing

Artivex utilizes artificial intelligence and automation technologies to process uploaded information, analyze packaging requirements, generate artwork outputs, validate content placement, and support workflow automation activities.

AI processing is performed solely for the purpose of delivering requested platform functionality and generating user-requested outputs.

Artivex does not intentionally publish customer content or make customer data publicly available through AI systems.

6. Confidentiality and Security

Artivex recognizes that packaging artwork, regulatory content, and product information may constitute confidential business information.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or loss.

However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Data Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, support platform operations, maintain business records, improve functionality, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with applicable legal requirements.

Demo and pilot project information may be retained for a limited period following project completion unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Customers retain ownership of all uploaded content, packaging assets, artwork files, product information, regulatory content, source materials, and associated intellectual property.

Artivex does not claim ownership over customer content uploaded to the platform.

Artivex may rely on third-party providers for hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, scheduling, communications, and certain platform services. Information processed through such providers remains subject to applicable agreements and service provider policies.

10. Your Rights

Depending on applicable laws, you may have rights regarding access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the processing of your personal information.
